HLP-Rules

The HLP-Rules are the binding set of rules  for all stallion performance tests mentioned on this website. They were issued by the Advisory Board of the FN on 1st of December 2010. During the years, some changes were carried out and you can download the updated HLP-Rules 2023 here (Decision of the Advisory Board, as at December 2022):
